In Milam County 729 voters participated in the special constitutional election. Amendments 2 3 and 4 passed locally while 5 and 6 fell and 1 narrowly failed. Statewide totals show all six amendments approved. O. H. Harris wins state senate seat as six House vacancies face run offs.
