Sykes Fox Buried in Salem Cemetery
The body of Sykes S. Fox 53 died Sunday in a Houston sanitarium was moved to Cameron on Tuesday and taken to the First Baptist church for funeral services by Rev. N. D. Timmerman. Interment followed in Salem cemetery beside his parents. Survived by his wife a son Glenn and a daughter Marian Fox two sisters and two brothers. Pallbearers were named, under Coleman-Eplen undertakers.

Jackson Pleads Guilty in Thorndale Killing Case
D. M. Jackson, tried three times for the killing of Mrs Melde in Thorndale, entered a guilty plea before Judge Graham Gillis and received a year suspended sentence. Attorney E. A.
