History of Cameron Business and Professional Women’s Club
The Cameron club traces its start to 1925 as a recreational group led by Miss Susan Jupe, with Miss Anne Stallworth as its first president after a year. It grew through federating, produced notable members like Miss Mollie Moore, and earned recognition from the American Legion and state clubs. Officers include Mrs. L. Bigbee, Lucille Butts, Katherine Bailey, and Anne Stallworth, with efforts in city park beautification and annual yearbooks.
