The 20th District Court in Milam County, Cameron Texas, issues a writ commanding Randolph Russell to appear by 10 A M on the first Monday after 42 days from July 17 1950 to answer a trespass to title suit filed April 19 1950 in case 13 253 Harry B Ingram et al vs Mrs Laura Russell et al. The suit seeks title to the east half of 35 acres in the J A DePena Eleven League Grant and damages and costs.

Billie works as a telephone operator for Chiles McCallum and Nagle Insurance and Willie is a cashier at Lockhartson Congress. Dr E R Zellner and Mrs Zellner attended the funeral of her nephew Everett Peel at Ennis on June 10 joined by her sister Mrs John Thweatt of Maysfield.
Milton Jistel, son of Mr. and Mrs. A L Jistel, will attend summer school at the University of Texas in Austin. The University senior is majoring in business administration and is an honor student in the senior class.

Captain Rudolph Michalka reports Battery C 549th Anti-aircraft Artillery Battalion members received $2448.68 in armory drill pay, the largest payroll yet, sent by the Ft. Sam Houston Finance Office. Five enlistments are noted, including Milush J. Kostika and Richard Wardlaw, both former guardsmen, now Private.
