William F. Gilliland Dies in San Antonio at 61
William F. Gilliland 61 died at his San Antonio home Friday night June 12 1931 after months of declining health. He is survived by his wife and daughter Mrs Roy Law of Cameron. Funeral services were held June 13 at Hagg McCollum with Rev Ellis and interment at Roselawn Cemetery. The Gilliland family were longtime Ad Hall pioneers and active in the Baptist faith.

Dr Olla Dee Massie of Waco and companion Elizabeth Stringer were injured when their car was sideswiped near San Luis Obispo. The crash occurred at 8 45 p m as a southbound vehicle cut in and struck the Massie coupe. The fleeing driver and a third car are being sought.
