Mrs. Herman Boedeker Dies in Cameron Friday
Mrs. Herman Boedeker of Criesman died Friday January 20 at 5 p m in Cameron. The funeral was held Saturday at 5 p m at the Methodist church with Rev Broadus of Caldwell and Rev W W Connerly officiating. Burial was in Chriesman cemetery. Survivors include her husband J W Eanes parents three brothers and four sisters all listed as present at the funeral. Also note Miss Dorcas G Batte graduated from Byrne Commercial College Dallas with a secretarial stenographic diploma and made many friends. Mrs Pope Sapp is recovering in hospital.

He said Pickens struck him, he fired into the air to frighten his wife, and Pickens was later killed. The case hinges on testimonies and a grand jury indictment against Stanford for assault with intent to murder his wife Elizabeth Stanford. Negro freed in omit murder mystery here
A local store employee with 20 years of service was released from custody and exonerated from all charges in the murder of Andy Smith, Cameron merchant, on December 21, 1932. Deputies Gene Smith and Jin Parkins made the arrest, and the man was taken to Austin for questioning as investigators continue to pursue leads. A rumor about the axe used in the killing being a farm theft was unconfirmed.
