Tragic Death Of Two Year Old Joe Lee Anthis

Joe Lee Anthis, two, son of Henry Anthis, died Sunday afternoon at 8 45 after a brief illness of intestinal flu. The funeral was held at the Baptist church in Milano with Rev Strickland officiating. Burial followed in Milano cemetery beside his mother who died in December 1932.

Southern Pacific Lines will set a one way fare of two cents per mile effective January 1 from Waco to Yokum and all intermediate stations.
