New bone dry resolution reported in Texas House
The Boner subcommittee reported the measure to prohibit storage and manufacture of intoxicating liquors in Texas and to extend local option laws statewide. It would alter election dates and session schedules and apply prohibitions to interstate and intrastate shipments. A minority report argues the form repeats prior failures to secure submission.
