Former Starrett Hickman dies at 74 in Cameron hospital
Former Cameron city councilman and local groceryman Starrett Hickman died Sunday in a Cameron hospital at age 74. He was born in Cameron, served on the city council, attended First Baptist Church, and is survived by his wife La-Vada Hickman and two brothers.
