Charles D. Graham has been named division supervisor of Star gas sales for Lone Star Gas Company's Waco Division. Dr William E Boyd 39, blind yet active as a chiropractor, builds a Brownsfield Texas clinic and will graduate Saturday with his second guide dog Sparkie at the San Rafael California school.
