Employees at Aluminum Company of America Rockdale Works completed a successful in plant United Way campaign raising 15269 dollars, 113 percent of the 13500 goal. The State highway and Public Transportation Commission approves a 2.6 mile Farm to Market Road in Milam County as part of the 1975 FM Road program. Extension of FM 2027 from Baileyville southeast across Pond Creek, cost about $335,000 with relocation assistance. Delton Kittrell will oversee design and construction in Hearne.
