A T Robinson Pioneer Chizen Buried in Minerva
A. T. Robinson aged 82 longtime Minerva resident died after weeks of decline and was buried in Minerva Cemetery Tuesday August 24 1926. Survivors include three sons A F Robinson D F Robinson and D E Robinson a daughter Mrs Charles Terry and eighteen grandchildren. He served in the South Carolina Cavalry during the Civil War and valued the Bible especially the twenty third psalm.

Pioneering resident Jack T. Folmer dies after long illness
Jack T. Folmer aged 65 of Gause died after a prolonged heart ailment. Born in Pike County Alabama, he married Minnie Pool and had a large family including J B Clifton William Monroe Tom and daughters Mesdames Spraggins Manville Fowler Erwin. Funeral rites were conducted by the Masonic lodge with W G Gillis and Rev Henson presiding. Folmer moved to Gause in 1909, owning farms and a Civic and fraternal member of Odd Fellows Lodge No 56 and San Andrea lodge in Cameron.
