Frank A. Wingard, 70, of Delphia, died Saturday from heart leakage after being unable to reach Grey hatchery on Friday where he managed operations. He collapsed while crossing a room and died before aid could arrive. Survived by widow, three sons, four daughters, relatives. Funeral Monday with Rev. O P Manker presiding. Burial in Zion Cemetery.
