In pursuance of law I R W Acheson Treasurer Guernsey County Ohio gives notice to taxpayers that the taxes levied on each hundred dollars valuation for all purposes in the townships and corporations for the year 1902 are as follows.
County levies range 1.8 to 2.2 cents per dollar for the State Common School Fund with 9.5 to 13.5 cents noted. The figures reflect school funding allocations and tax rates affecting districts and taxpayers.
The treasurer requires all delinquences including road tax and half of other taxes from the 1902 duplicate to be paid by December 20 and the remainder by June 20 next. When requesting tax amounts by letter, specify name township section acres town lot addition and include a stamped reply. Payments by certificate of deposit post office money order or registered letter only. checks at sender's risk.
