A large Butler Post American Legion rally at the school auditorium Monday night drew about a hundred veterans from across the county and distant visitors. Mrs Hattie Rawls Dies in Clearwater Traffic Crash
Butler citizens mourn as Mrs. Hattie Rawls formerly of Butler and Mrs. Rawls of Clearwater are reported killed instantly when struck by a motor truck in Clearwater Florida late Tuesday. Survived by husband B. B. Rawls and several stepchildren, funeral plans unclear. Mrs Coachman, prior to marriage, was a prominent South Georgia family member and devoted church and school worker.
