Atlanta December 15 a swindle sold two pounds of sugar for 1690 dollars and was probed by City Detectives Blair and McNaughton. Victim Ulyses Rice, secretary to Andre Wallach, received a fake radiogram and a supposed package. A messenger delivered no article and investigators found the telegram fake and the package empty.
