Crawfordville Man Held After Kidnapping Charge
O T Summers, 41, faced a pretrial hearing on charges including kidnapping his wife and assault with intent to murder. Bond set at 2000 for kidnapping, 1500 for assault with intent, and 200 for pistol without license. a fourth minor charge was dismissed. The sheriff said Summers took their seven year old son and fled, leaving the child with Summers’ wife during the alleged incident. The case was bound over to Crawfordville jail on peace warrants.
