Even mrs Taylor before being forced to break the tie vote said Quot we Are denying the needs of our City As a town we need to grow and we need places for newcomers to live. There Are not Many places in the City left to build Quot both however bowed to the wishes of the roomful of protesters. Quot As an individual i know we need this kind of housing. I can understand neighbors having qualms but i feel our town in order to grow needs housing Quot mrs Taylor said during discussion on the matter rip Burton a member of the commission pointed out that Wilson could build a multitude of Small single family dwellings which would possibly be worse than Nice Multi family dwellings. Colgan said the study is divided into three phases and that a final Over All report from abm should be received by the authority sometime near the end of july. Abm s recommendations for what Lara should do will be featured in the report. Quot in August we Hope to present the completed report to the Lara Board Quot Colgan said. The Well coordinated professional pageant was staged by the Public relations committee of the Burnet chamber of com fierce.
