An unlicensed 15 year old Marble Falls resident, driver of the vehicle, will not be prosecuted. Two other passengers uninjured. Miss Stewart was an eighth grader at Marble Falls Junior High. Funeral services were held Friday December 26 in Marble Falls. Burial at Marble Falls City Cemetery.
