VFW Auxiliary Meeting Notes From June Session
The VEW Auxiliary Post 4824 met at the library on June 4 at 9 30 am with nine members present. Vivian Bushman hosted as Pres Phyllis Bierle opened the meeting and Deloris S Chaplain read the opening prayer. Deloris S also read the closing prayer and Delores G was elected secretary. A bill for plastic cups and juice was approved for payment. The group praised Memorial Day coffee volunteers and noted donations will stay with the auxiliary. Members were reminded dues are due July 1 with adjournment to July 2.

Nancy Jensvold of Buffalo Center is recovering in Rochester after a fall while watching grandchildren at a Buffalo Center softball field. She suffered two fractured vertebrae with misalignment, was airlifted from United Hospital District Blue Earth to St. Marys Rochester, and has no spinal cord damage per family update.
