Graduate of A.M. ’21 Killed by Train in Cleburne

A. W. Yater, a 1921 graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department, was killed in Cleburne when he stepped from a locomotive caboose into a passing train. He had been an apprentice engineer and worked at the railroad shops in Cleburne since graduation. A sister is married to Ray Chapelle, son of Chapelle.
