Mexican section hand severely hurt on bridge fall
Manuel Sansus, a Mexican section hand for the H and T C, fell about twenty feet from the Thompson Creek bridge north of the city while shoveling gravel. His left arm was broken and he suffered a deep cut above the eye. Foreman J B Howell rushed him to the hospital after initial treatment.

National Dairy Show Trip By C M Evans
C M Evans head of the animal industry division of the extension service at A and M College departs for Springfield Massachusetts to attend the National Dairy Show. He will visit dairy stock farms and agricultural colleges en route and spend a day at the American Royal Live Stock Show in Kansas City and at the Dairy Cattle Congress in Waterloo Iowa. He will lecture on the Flying Jersey Special a train of ten palace cars of cattle and two cars of officials and lecturers.
