Milk ordinance for Bryan could become law soon
After a Monday meeting of dairymen and health officials in Bryan two dairymen E. M. Bullock and Will M. Jones signed a petition urging the city commission to pass a standard milk grading ordinance with a phased effective date. The measure would require grading and inspection, creating Classes A to D with stringent sanitary rules to safeguard public health and promote higher quality milk for babies.
