A decorated float and a May 24 benefit party honoring long-time member Mrs. W. S. Stuart were proposed to support clothes for a veteran son and related charity.

May Court Term Opens Monday For Six Week Session

Frances Palaseta Resident of Bryan Dies at 80
Frances Palaseta of Bryan died Monday night at age 80 at her home on West 22nd Street and Parker Avenue after months of illness. Survived by sons Pete and Tony Palasota, with many nieces and nephews and grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the family residence and St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Rev. Villani officiating, interment at Bryan Catholic Cemetery. McCullough Dansby funeral directors were in charge.
