State Highway Chairman Says No New Federal Aid Available

R M Hubbard, chairman of the Texas highway commission, stated that no additional federal aid was appropriated by Congress. The 1925 appropriation is the only funds Texas will receive, and the entire Texas allotment has already been allocated.

Foster Sails for France to Study at Fontainebleau
