Judge Morehead Takes Over Robertson County District Court

Transport for 8000 delegates planned for state farmers institute

Austin Texas July 2 transport for about 8000 delegates to the seventh annual state farmers institute meeting set for July 25 27 will be requested soon by Fred W Davies commissioner of agriculture and president of the institute from Texas railroads. The Third court decision striking down the anti pass section as unconstitutional will not affect delegates as the supreme court has not ruled on that feature and is not expected to act before October.
