Funeral services are planned for Albert Worley on Thursday at 10 am from Miss Daisy Worley’s South College Avenue home. Worley, born in Bryan in 1876, was a Carnegie hero for 1912 Brazos Valley flood rescue acts and longtime Bryan firefighter and peace officer. Survived by widow Daisy Mae, son Albert Worley Jr., daughter Daisy Mae, and sisters Daisy Worley of Bryan and Mrs I E McGee of Killeen.
