Eddins Dies After Drill Accident At A and M College
Carlton W. Eddins a 21 year old Kerrville native and agriculture junior at A and M College of Texas died after a cavalry drill accident in College Station. His horse shied struck another animal, crushing his chest and fracturing his skull. He worked nights at the college power plant and was a popular work student. The flag was lowered to half mast as officials awaited word from his parents.

New York Banks Back Texas Bond Legality
