Rabid Dog Attacks Children Near Allen Academy

Ten residents, mostly children, in the vicinity of Allen Academy receive hydrophobia treatment after a small dog owned by Albert Novak went mad Sunday night. The dog bit several people, including Hugo and Emma Lenz children Evelyn Ervin and Emmett, who had prior hydrophobia treatment last year. Novak had the dog shot and the brain showed indications of rabies after tests at A and M College and Austin.
