C E Tittle of near Hillsboro reports his son R E Tittle severely injured in a Hearne Road crash three miles north of Bryan on Thanks giving morning. He lies in Bryan Hospital with four jaw fractures a skull fracture and facial bruises, in stable condition but not ready to go home for at least a week. Also in the car were John Majors Parker driver and Frank Henderson. Parker and Henderson escaped injury. The Tittle family praises Bryan residents for care and sympathy during the incident and recovery efforts.

Nelson Glenn Jr., four, died Thursday morning at his San Antonio home after an appendicitis operation. He was the son of Mr and Mrs Nelson Glenn, formerly Miss Lelia Newcomb of Bryan. Mrs Glenn’s mother, Mrs Fritz Easman, had traveled to San Antonio for the illness. The funeral will be held in San Antonio.
