The marriage of Ross McAlpine and Alder Austin was solemnized Sunday at 8 PM at Rev. Windham's Houston Heights Baptist church in Houston. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. T. F. Agricultural Engineering Picnic At Old Fish Pond South Of Bryan

A & M College Agricultural Engineering department plans a picnic this afternoon at the old fish pond five miles south of Bryan. Aged Bryan Woman Falls From Moving Train in Navasota

Mrs. G. W. Buckhaults of Bryan was seriously injured when alighting from a moving train near Navasota. A porter opened vestibule doors as the train slowed. she slipped from the step as the train jerked forward. Despite fears of internal injury, doctors at Navasota Sanitarium found only a bad shaking.
