British Lincluden and French Quingnan Seized Near Korea

Tokio reports that the British steamer Lincluden was seized by a Japanese warship on May 15 south of Korea, and the French steamer Quingnan was captured the same day near the Pescadores Straits. Cargoes and destinations for both vessels were not announced.
