Doctor Hugh F. P. Terry Found Dead in Dallas Home

The body of 31 year old Dr. Hugh F P Terry with forty four knife wounds and four gunshot wounds was discovered in his Dallas residence. Family says he had a drug habit. Jaunt to El Paso Planned by West Texas Legislature

W B Gohke of Marfa proposed a legislature jaunt to El Paso with a multi day trip if accepted. Members would stop in west Texas towns along the route and share the trip cost. The House met Friday morning and debated printing two bank deposit guaranty bills before defeating the measure. Ray demanded the reading, which lasted an hour.
