Funeral services were held Sunday in Winfield Iowa for Alex Frank Green born May 22 1880 in Washington County Tennessee. He died October 14 1950 at his son’s home Browning Missouri leaving a son Max H Green two granddaughters Barbara and Laura Jean and two grandsons Bob and Jimmy along with relatives in Winfield. Burial was by Wade Funeral Service Browning.

Funeral Rites Held for Evert Hollon at Browning Baptist

Funeral services for Evert Hollon 59 were held October 12 1950 at the Browning Baptist Church conducted by Rev Glenn Bandy of Milan. He was born December 16 1890 near Cora Missouri and died October 10 at his home west of Browning. He married Goldie Hunsaker September 5 1912 and had six surviving children, fourteen grandchildren, and several siblings. Burial followed at Hoover Cemetery with Schoene’s of Milan directing.

Mrs Hillman Seaman Dies at 70 in Kirksville

Mrs Sarah Jane Seaman widow of Hillman Seaman died October 7 1950 at Grim Smith Memorial Hospital Kirksville aged 70 years 7 months 21 days. She married Hillman Seaman in Goldsberry Missouri and lived on a farm near Gifford. They celebrated their 50th anniversary August 16 this year. She joined the Christian Church in 1924 and was active in civic work though childless. Survived by husband one sister Mrs Ernestt Johnson of Ethel Missouri and two sisters and two brothers. Funeral at Gifford Christian Church conducted by Rev Pearly Lind with McCollum Funeral Service. Attending from Browning were J D Seaman and Rolan Gooch cousins of Hillman Seaman.
