Field damaged wheat proves a profitable hog feed despite high grade grain prices. Missouri Experiment Station tests by L A Weaver show wheat alone yields good gains, while grinding and soaking wheat increases digestion and efficiency. three pecks can match a bushel of unground grain.
J. W. Fields sold his cement and stuccoed residence to S. H. Linhart for $8000. Built last year by Fields with Haggard Brothers, the Linharts will move to the city soon while Fields plans to relocate to Brookfield.
