Friendship Circle Club Meets for Quilting and Fellowship
The Friendship Circle Club gathered Wednesday February 28 for an all day session with Mrs Earl Stone. Members pieced quilt blocks enjoyed a noon meal. Program readings by Loy and Frances featured stunts by Vacyl Wanda and music by Juanita Mildred Edna and Frances. Linn County 4-H leaders and sponsors will meet at County Agent Hall's office in Linneus at 1 PM on Friday March 9. T. T. Obituary of George Flem Bauswell of Missouri and Virginia
George Flem Bauswell born December 17 1853 in Russell County Virginia died February 23 1934 at his daughter Beulah Havens home near Browning Missouri aged 80 years 2 months 6 days. He married Martha Jane Kinfong and had ten children. He united with the South Methodist church in 1915. Funeral February 26 conducted by Rev C E Yoes at Knifong Grove church with burial in Knifong Grove Cemetery.
