The Walnut Grove 4-H club hosted a tacky party on Tuesday night February 20 at the school house. Miss Lillis Adams sister of Guy Adams of Linn County was found dead at her Linneus home Sunday afternoon by her brother Mark Adams. Cause of death undetermined pass ed away from apoplexy or a fall down basement stairs. She was born in Illinois December 26 1860 and moved to Missouri in 1869. Funeral services were held at her church conducted by Rev. S. W. Hoover. Interment at L O O F cemetery in Linnues. She leaves five brothers and one sister.
