The Willing Workers Club met in January at Mrs. Earl Nett’s home for an all day session with woolen comfort top work, rag tacking, and embroidery. Contests honored Mrs. Gladys Boehner Ira Todd Helen Morrow and Verna Frazier amid nine members and one visitor. In February a quilting day for Karl’s quilt proceeded with a noon buffet and twenty three present including three guests. Contests went to Mrs. Alta Watkins Mrs. Zona Boehner and Mrs. Ilene Wilkerson. February 17 hosted by Mrs. Alta Shipley featured quilting rag tacking embroidery and a woolen comfort top, with a noon buffet and twenty two members plus one guest Miss Velma Tolle.
