Mrs Chester Schrock Rites Held In Missouri

Bessie Lee Gooch Schrock born April 6 1895 in Linn County Missouri died December 6 1950 at home near Browning Missouri aged 55 years 7 months 29 days. She married Chester H Schrock in August 1913 and had three sons H D Schrock Jackie Schrock and R Max Schrock. She joined Mount Olive Church and was active in the community. Funeral services were held December 1950 at Cowes Valley Baptist Church with pallbearers Nile Gooch W R Rhodes Ben Rhodes Glenn Rhodes Bill Gooch and Jerry Gooch. burial at Locust Valley Cemetery under Wade Funeral Service.

Obituary: Scott Brown of Browning Dies at 82

Scott Brown son of Thomas and Elizabeth Brown born July 12 1868 in Jackson township Linn County Missouri died December 6 1950 at his Browning Missouri home at age 82. He married Dora Jane Spencer in 1894 and to her twelve children were born. she died 1928. He later married Etta Bailey in 1930. Survivors include wife Pearl Fuller and many children grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral at Mount Olive Church December 8 conducted by Rev. ScenOGLE and Rev. Marrs with long service by Warren Gooch and Mrs Tom Kimbrough. buried in nearby cemetery.

Anna Elizabeth Shaw born November 13 1879 near Cora Missouri died December 4 1950 at son Geralds in Pollock Missouri. She married George Herman Shaw December 29 1899. The Brown ing city council grants Consumers Public Service Co a 20 year franchise by a 94 to 18 vote. The plan includes a serviceman on site, rate reductions for residential and commercial customers, 21 percent of gross revenue to Browning, and a new white way street lighting system across about 38 blocks west of Highway No. 5.
