Mr and Mrs Sam L Gibson celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary with a noon dinner at 704 Walnut. Attending were Mrs Gibson’s sisters Mrs Tom Ellenberger and Mrs Ellenberger, Mollie Gilmer, their sons A E Gibson and Lyle Gibson, and James Neet. another son Gibson of Miami could not attend. They were married August 17 1884 in Browning Missouri and moved to Chillicothe in 1916.
