Commissioner J C Breshears of the Missouri Department of Agriculture informs county clerks in federal corn loan counties of a minor revision. Maturity dates extended to September 1 with conditions. Borrowers with poor cribs must liquidate in August. Release procedures stay. borrowers may sell for higher prices until loan called. A farmer may release crib portion by paying about 47 cents per bushel, via direct contact or through a local bank. Directs to Reconstruction Finance Corporation offices in Kansas City or St Louis.

Reverend Potter Dies at 73 After Long Christian Life
Clarence E. Potter of Ray County Missouri died July 29 1934 at 73. He married Emma M. Pinder in 1880 and preached for thirty years in the Church of Christ. Survived by wife nine children twenty eight grandchildren seven great grandchildren and siblings. funeral July 31 at Jenkins Cemetery.

Mrs Bessie Minor daughter of C S and Jennie Head was born near North Salem Missouri August 20 1904. She died at her parents home near Purdin Sunday August 5 1934. She leaves a daughter Wanda Jean three sisters Myrtle Lambert Jessie Broyles Ruth Elliott and a brother Floyd Head. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the M E Church in North Salem at 2 PM conducted by Rev Chaffee. Burial was in the North Salem cemetery.
