West Texas Children’s Centre nears completion on Bynum Lane
West Texas Children’s Centre officials tour the new Bynum Lane facility, slated to open mid February with 48 beds and specialized care. The project, funded by general revenue bonds and land donated by Brownfield IDC, will serve abused and neglected youths in Terry County and provide an assessment center residential treatment and therapeutic group home.
