District Court trial docket set for Terry County week
One-Hundred-Twenty- first District Court will sit at the Terry County Courthouse with 15 cases on the docket this week. Judge Ray Anderson will call sessions at 10 a.m. motions and pleas due by then. Jury reports at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Terry County Attorney Dwayne Pruitt to prosecute. Cases include Nabor Castro charged with aggravated robbery and theft between 750 and 20,000. Magdaleno Dominguez charged with one count each of robbery and theft.
