Honorable mention paid to Rusty Price for long boxing career at AAU Region IX Junior Olympic event in Hereford. Mary Ellen Stone joins Jack Hamilton Tire, replacing Ben Cornette. Heath Raymer transfers to Lubbock office. Wall Street Journal notes beef surplus and potential price drops in meat, poultry, and dairy.
The Rev. Adrian Kolean of Brownfield is named as author of a Trinity Sunday hymn published in the May New Pulpit Digest. The piece praises the triune God and references the Father Son and Spirit. He notes the wording could apply to many well known religious songs.
