Four Defendants Sentenced in 121st Court by Judge Ray Anderson
In 121st District Court, Judge Ray Anderson disposed of four cases. Henry Bailey received a three year probated sentence for felony DWI with 10 days in Terry County Jail, fines and monthly probation. Gloria Benavidez drew two years deferred adjudication for forgery with costs and fees. Johnnie Lewis got 10 year probations for cocaine charges with fines, costs, and monthly probation plus required AA and NA attendance. Valdomero Salas had DWI probation revoked and was sentenced to a five year term. All defendants face probation terms including treatment, abstention from alcohol, and curfews.
