Commissioners discuss airport lease and building use
Commissioners and Curtis Wollman talked about a possible 10 year lease for a building west of the terminal once used by the Panhandle Squadron of the Confederate Air Force. The CAF stores one plane and an unused county fire truck. They plan to notify CAF officials that the current lease will end and the airplane must be moved. They also approved 3000 dollars for Brownfield Senior Citizens Center expenses for 1998.
