Amil Seyenave, 84, wife of East End Dairy owner, was killed when a milk truck overturned after a steer struck near Addicks. Her husband, the driver, was slightly injured. two daughters Irma and Seyenave and two sons George Seyenave survived.

Mr and Mrs Q Lowe visited Sealy last Saturday and Mrs C Lauderdale visited Groesbeck for an extended visit.

A. T. Billingsley Jr., 26, of Port Arthur, was crushed to death by a northbound Southern Pacific freight train near the 8 P depot in Waller. An inquest verdict of accidental death was returned. He had told friends he would go across the street shortly before the tragedy and his body was found afterward. He came from Port Arthur and stayed with his brother, with parents living near Neder land. Burial was arranged for Port Arthur.
Joe Smith reported the death of Ragh M. Smith of Brookshire at his Bell California home last Friday night. He was once a Brookshire produce partner with Gardner Jones and served as president of the town’s first bank. Smith left Brookshire 20 to 25 years ago. Mrs Kelner and daughter Miss Ells returned to Houston after a week on the farm.
