A narrative recalls the Y M C A Juniors six to nine day tramp from Camp Hart in Utica to Bayou Pierre and Carruther, finishing at Brookhaven after walking 160 miles. The group endures rough roads, cold meals, and late nights while praising hospitality at multiple homes and noting notable feats by members including Edwin Barron and Leon O.
