First National Banks of Blackwell and Bronte Merge
The First National Bank of Blackwell has merged with the First National Bank of Bronte. Effective March 2, 1933 the combined bank will operate from Bronte. J T Harmon joins the Bronte directorate and serves as vice president, dividing time between Blackwell and Bronte. Corale Belle Corley becomes cashier of the Bronte operation.
