The First National Bank of Blackwell has merged with the First National Bank of Bronte effective March 2 1933. All business will be conducted from Bronte, Texas. J T Harmon becomes a director and active vice president at Bronte, dividing time between towns. Miss Cora Belle Corley remains cashier in the consolidated bank.

Feeding and Grading Boost Turkey Profits in Texas Study
983 farmers and club boys cooperated with Texas county agents in turkey demonstrations, feeding mash to balance rations and grading for top prices. Robert Vaughan Dies in San Angelo Hospital
Robert Vaughan of Oak Creek died in a San Angelo hospital on Saturday and his body was buried at Winters on Sunday afternoon. The Enterprise could not obtain details of his life. Mesdames Carroll Woods of San Antonio and Wade Rees of Center Point visited with their parents Monday. Mrs Wood is the Luttrell daughter and Mrs Rees is Knierim’s daughter.
